Patients can report symptoms as they occur, update the care team on their general wellbeing, or respond to an inquiry on how they feel in between clinic visits. Patients can also view their lab results, medical records and clinic appointments. All self-care instructions and other communication sent by the care team are securely stored in the patient inbox.

With Noona, care teams can continually monitor and manage patients effectively. If a patient reports a symptom that requires immediate attention, Noona will alert the care team and patient.

Please note that Noona should not be used in place of emergency medical services.

With Noona patients can:
• Report symptoms to the care team at any time
• Send images to provide more information about symptoms
• Respond to questionnaires that allow their provider to check on patients at home
• Keep a personal diary to track their wellbeing with pictures and notes
• Access lab results, medical records and upcoming appointments
• Directly message their care team to request medication refills or ask a billing question
• Access self-care instructions or other communication sent by the care team

In order to use the Noona app, you need to first activate your Noona account using the link thatwas sent to you in an email and text message from your clinic. If you didnt receive an email or text message, reach out to your clinic to let them know you would like to use Noona.

Noona is developed and offered by Varian Medical Systems, Inc. Varian does not own or have access to personal health information (PHI). All PHI is stored in a secure, cloud-based server that can only be accessed by patients and clinicians. No PHI is stored locally on a phone or other device.

Noona can be used from any smartphone, desktop, or mobile device connected to the internet.
